Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
We accept card payments. We are based in the UK, If you are shopping from anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. These payments are currently processed by Paypal & Google Checkout.
If you do not wish to pay online, you may pay by personal cheque though the cheque would have to clear before an order would be processed.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
Delivery Schedule
All UK orders are dispatched within 14 working days. If you require an item before a certain date please contact us before placing an order.
For orders outside of the UK, please allow up to 30 working days.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
We are not currently VAT registered. You will pay no VAT on your order(s) until further notice.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
All items carry a manufacturers 12 month guarantee as standard, all products should be free from manufacturing faults, defects and poor workmanship. If you find your product has a fault please email us with the details and the supplier will either arrange to have the item repaired or replaced.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail
us or write to us. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately and insured, to protect against damage.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed
Earrings
For health and hygiene reasons earrings can not be returned once opened.

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights
Shoes/Clothing
You may return shoes & clothing on the condition the order is cancelled in writing within 7 days of their delivery. It will be your responsibility to cover the cost of returning the item. All items must be returned unworn and in orginal packaging.
A refund will be made, after a condtion check is carried out, minus a 20% restocking fee.
Free Gifts.
If you cancel an order, any free gift must be returned in its original packaging to complete the refund process.
